RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

Our Guarantee

Wyoming Traders guarantees all products against defects in workmanship and materials for 90 days from the date of purchase. If you receive a product that does not meet our quality standards, contact us for a replacement or refund.

This guarantee does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, abuse, misuse, or neglect. Wyoming Traders has no liability for garments that have been altered.

Returns

We accept returns on unworn, unwashed, unaltered items in original condition with tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

To initiate a return:

1. Email orders@wyomingtraders.com with your order number and reason for return
2. We will provide a return authorization number and shipping instructions
3. Ship items back using a trackable method — we recommend insuring the package
4. Once received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? We're happy to exchange unworn items within 30 days. Contact orders@wyomingtraders.com to arrange your exchange. Exchanges are subject to availability.

Non-Returnable Items

Items marked "Final Sale" or "Steals & Deals"
Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
Items with tags removed
Custom or special-order items

Defective Items

If you receive a defective item, contact us within 90 days at orders@wyomingtraders.com. We will cover return shipping on all verified defective items and send a replacement or issue a full refund at your choice.
