Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Orders generally take 1–3 business days to process, excluding weekends and holidays.

Orders received before 2:00 p.m. Mountain Time on business days may ship the same day, but same-day shipment is not guaranteed.

Delivery estimates begin when your order ships, not when it is placed.

United States Shipping

Standard shipping:

  • Orders under $75: $8.

  • Orders of $75 or more: Free standard shipping.

  • Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days after shipment.

The free-shipping minimum is calculated after discounts and before taxes. Promotional gifts do not count toward the qualifying purchase amount.

Expedited shipping:

  • $24.95.

  • Estimated delivery: 2–3 business days after shipment.

Expedited shipping does not shorten order-processing time. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

International Shipping

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination and order.

Delivery times vary by destination, carrier, and customs processing. Our free US shipping offer does not apply to international orders.

Customers are responsible for applicable customs duties, import taxes, and fees unless otherwise indicated at checkout. Customs processing may delay delivery.

Tracking Your Order

When your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information.

Please allow time for the carrier to scan your package and update its tracking status.

Shipping Address Changes

Please review your shipping address before completing checkout.

If you notice an error, email orders@wyomingtraders.com as soon as possible with your order number and the correct address. We cannot guarantee an address change after an order has entered processing or shipped.

Delayed, Missing, or Damaged Shipments

If your shipment is delayed, appears missing, or arrives damaged, email orders@wyomingtraders.com with your order number and a description of the issue so we can help investigate.

For damaged shipments, please keep the packaging and merchandise while we review the issue.

Returns and Exchanges

Please request returns through your customer account and wait for approval and shipping instructions before mailing merchandise.
